• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

Forgive me for bring this old thread up but I cannot find [SIZE=-1]Rob Richardson's F-106 Delta Dart model base. Where can I find it, please?

Dave, I have been looking for this for long time. Now you found it for me LOL Will it work in FSX DELUXE with SP1 and SP2? I heard that SP2 is same thing as FSX Acceleration???

Now only if I can find USAF liveries for Alaskan bases!!! F-106 Delta Darts are famous for patrolling Alaska shorelines.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work with FSXD/sp1/sp2 and the beauty of it is.. it's free so you've lost nothing for trying;) Some models are specifically coded using the ACC SDK meaning some things may not work or at worst.. it'll freeze your sim (try using FSXA carriers without ACC installed and you'll find this out very quickly)! The majority of models.. especially those that don't use special coding will work with SP2. One of the lads at CBFS enquired about the Flight Replicas Heron the other day which is advertised as FSXA. It works just fine with SP2. It does pay to be cautious with payware models advertised as FSXA if you're only SP2. If you buy it and it doesn't work.. you wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

Re SP2 being the same as ACC.. it's not. SP2 is hard coded into ACC for sure but there's more to it than that.. enough sometimes to make a difference;)
