It's been a while since I played with a plane I was creating for FS9 as well as the great info in this section disappearing recently I need some info,

How do I make droppable tanks in FS9 ?

I never could get the working CFS2 drop tanks to work on my model converted to fs9, are drop tanks handled differently in FS9 compared to CFS2 ? I can no longer find the tutorial explaining the setup in FS9, can someone help ?
 
I believe you need a gauge to make them work
but i do not know how they are modeled
