Finished Colo(u)r swathes for WW I aircraft

Cazzie

SOH-CM-2024
Gents, below are the finished color swathes I worked up for different countries in World War I. The color swathes for briotish aircraft are in the first post. I have been quite busy and have not posted the others, because I simply have not had enough time to get with them. I did yesterday after a haunting night and early Sunday morning repairing my oldest son's computer. If I am off here, it is because I was brain-whacked yesterday and still feel the lingering effects of "thought process" on that computer! Too many details to go into, TexnetCop and Moe would understand! :banghead:

These swathes were taken from actual fabric, metal, and wood samples, but are meant to be used more as a guide for modelers and for the picker in your graphics program for repainters of flight sim aircraft, as they are too small for using as actual representations.

Nice work Caz!
It gives people a good basis to start with, even if we both know the vagaries of 'Standard' colours and military aviation!
