I would sat the PSU needs upping for futureproof at the very least. But you are in ON, so have a looksee at NCIX they are great value and you will be able to build a custom PC to your budget.
 
That is a very dated machine by today's standards. I'm running a Core2Quad 9650, which is a 3.0 GHz CPU that I've over clocked to 3.8 Ghz and it is just enough for FSX... most of the time. I still cannot turn highway and water traffic up very high and my computer will slow down when I get into the very dense scenery areas like New York City or Los Angeles.
