• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

I believe I have found the hole.
yes we got hacked again

I have been busy since noon fending them off.

I have repaired/FIXED sim-outhouse
the other websites I will fix tomorrow.

earlier this week I spent 70+ hours backing up the data so all is fine.

DON'T BOTHER ME WITH YOUR SMALL ISSUES, LIKE A PAGE WONT LOAD, i ONLY HAVE 2 HANDS AND AM WORKING AS FAST AS I CAN!!

YOU ROCK! Thanks for all the work, all the hours, all the gray hair that I am sure these hacks have cost you. And the same goes to all the SOH staff who give of their time and talents to help keep this site running and open to all us addicts who feel that these are the best forums on the net, but also the best sim community going.

I prefer the days when a single 9MM behind the right ear sorted these weenie wackers right out!

and as Bill said..can the FBI or local DA get involved? i mean there is lot of money involved in this site ect...somoeone is messing with it and im sure something can be done???
 
Man, I dissa... I mean take a little vacation.... and the site gets hacked. Good to see ya got it fixed Ickie. You've got more fortitude than most do. I hope you stop that little frakin hackin chit for good.

Been off working on the GTO and going to a few car shows, and just plain relaxing. It sure felt good. :d

Man, what happened to my post count..... I'm missing about 1300 or so.
 
Thanks Ickie! I totally understand whatever measures you need to take to stop these people. They don't know who they're dealing with. If you need to take the site down for awhile to secure it, I understand and I think the majority of the members support that. Better you than the hackers take it down. I and again the majority of us will be back when it comes back up. My hands might be a little shaky when I log back in because I missed my SOH fix but I'll be there. You guys are the best!

I have another fix just installed and I will not take soh offline unless my anti scripts fail
wait and see.
