Anybody up to the challenge??
There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

One more of mine...
Hope you take this on John, shine difference or not.
Didn't the free racer upgrade allow for better skin details?
I don't think there have been many upgraded repaints, but I understood that the capacity was there.
Would love to see it.

I likely have most if not all the repaints I could find. As per my original post, all I'm asking is for a painter to take on the newest.Actually, quite a few repaints have been done for the A2A model. Jankees has done a bunch, available over at www.aussiex.org/. There's also some here, and over at flightsim.
I'd love to see this Korean War repaint, weathered the way Jankees did his WWII paints ...
The 3-bladed F4U-4 in the A2A pack is not quite the AU-1 variant, but hey, who's going to complain?
Can't deny that WWII period USN paint is smart though. Late war Hellcat Corsair paints were really attractive, I find.

That white tailed Corsair is pretty but I suspect it was during the Korean war and not during WWII.
Super, John. Looks fantastic.![]()
