• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

New Router and Modem = Access to Sim-Outhouse

I used to be a regular here till Comcast cut me and a bunch of other users off! Due to a storm last night I got a new modem from Comcast and had to buy a new Belkin N300 Router! Now I can access the forums here again! Any thoughts or opinions! :isadizzy:

Comcast was a problem many months ago but they removed the restriction after people started to complain to the FCC.

On a bunch of different providers we have seen access to the site restored after the router has been rebooted.

It does not make any sense to any of us who understand the technology.
 
I had actually tried the site a week ago for kicks and giggles while looking for some of Milton's Beech 18's and still couldn't get on! I can actually log onto other websites that had been blocked too, those were for some of the local jobs! :applause: Well, I did take a precautionary lap around the file areas and found some cool planes to test out! A-26 SOH, AT-11, B-29, SimTech Spad, SWingman's Ducks, a Northrop Alpha and a Beech 18 on Skies that's going to look wicked in Alaska! :salute:
