O/T Webpage Error

Just wondering if any one has come across a solution for this error? This happens when a neighbor opens this webpage or log in's to the ISP email. I've tried resetting internet explorer to original settings, cleaning out the cache and temporary internet files.

The Google Maps API server rejected your request. The "Sensor" parameter specified in the request must be set to either true or false.
