One for the guitarists (and bassists) among us

It appears that the new Fender CEO is making the same mistake that Gibson made a few years back when they went after the small makers! I have five guitars and two basses in my collection and I am happy to say there is not a single Fender or Gibson among them! I swore I'd never buy a Gibson after their fiasco and I guess the same will now apply to Fender. I am happy that I already own S-style and a T-style guitar shapes that are way better than anything the current brand of 'Fender' has ever turned out and ironically they were designed and built by the real 'Fender' Leo Fender and his final company before he died G&L Guitars (the 'L' stands for Leo). G&L's build quality, playability and tone are way better than comparable Fender stuff and in many cases much cheaper too.

One of my favourite YouTube bass channels, Danny Sapko, tells it how it is! You go Danny! 🎸🎸🎸🎸

I own a Jaguar, a Mustang, a Jazzmaster, two Tele's and two Strats from Fender. I don't agree with what Fender is doing, but my guitars are well built and they all play like a dream.
My four Gibson Les Pauls and two SG's are also great guitars.

Aren't your guitars older ones though Cess not the current offerings that Fender and Gibson are churning out en-mass and with little quality control?

BTW I am not talking about hand-built Custom Shop stuff or the 'Made in the USA' line here but the made in China, Indonesia and Mexico mass produced stuff that still costs a fortune and are over-priced for what you actually get!
