Viewing Donation Drive: SOH Bandwidth Drive 2026

It is that time of the year again, Bandwidth Drive 2026.

For our new members the Sim-Outhouse has always survived on Donations to support the site. This year we are hoping to raise $3,500.00 for a round number.

The bulk of the donations are required before April 9th 2026.

You might ask

Where the money is going? and that is a fair question.
Hosting server. $2,879.88 (due April 9th, 2026)

Server Software, Forum Software and addons:
CWP - $160.00 Not due until September 2026
Xenforo - $100 Paid
Xenforo addons - $75
Domain name renewals - $100.00 For those of you who don't know we maintain Ron's (ickie) old websites. 2 of them will come due this year. A 3 year renewal for each of them puts us at $100.

No other domain names need renewed at this time.

PayPal fees. $350.00 (This is hard to get fixed number for but we believe we will need to add around 10% to are total to make sure the fees are covered.)

All of the domain names are paid for until 2028/2029.

Now you may notice that if you do the math all that adds up to slightly more than our goal. Well we have a few $ left over from last year that go to this year.

Like last year the donation drive will end as soon as possible after hitting the goal. We had a number of members request to donate after the drive last year. We Thank you all but we only need what we need.
