RE: US Civics test for voters day

Seeing that this is voters day here in the US, let's see how you do on this test ....

24 out of 30 is considered a passing grade.

Supposedly, 96%

of all High School Seniors FAILED this test...AND 50+% of all individuals over 50 did too!!

I made it with the skin of my teeth with a final score of 24.

I got 22, and I'm ENGLISH for cryin' out loud.
And I'm damn sure that if I HAD studied the American system,I would have known the Legislative and Constitution ones!

Interesting. I blew the TX president and two of the amendment questions. I hope these high school students got to study before the test.

28. I blew one question about amendments that were never ratified and another about one of the early Vice Presidents. The sad part is that I knew the right answers, but second guessed myself.

Good thing I did well. I just got home from voting.

i got 12
i cannot figure out why i cannot vote:bump::bump:
no mention of harold Wilson or Lord Mayor of London
i believe it was fixed:173go1::173go1::173go1:

I only scored 22. The amendment questions caught me as I have never found it important to remember which number is on the concept.

I did vote today.

I would not be allowed in...

I thought there were 50 states, senators, and stripes.

But I do know when the Magna Carta was issued...

1215 at Runnymede.

I spent a couple nights at a bed an breakfast near there. Sometimes you remember the oddest things.....

mwahahahahahaha. I got 30. :jump::jump::jump::jump::jump:

of course, taking a civics class last year helped... :icon_lol::icon_lol:

and I can't vote anyway. :gameoff:
