Icarusgold Gloster Gladiator on sale now

Quick query, before I raise it as an issue... It looks like everyone elses' screenshots show an untextured gunsight and a U/S boost gauge as well. Is that correct?

Other than that, having great fun. Love this one. :)

Ian P.

the gunsight its just grey and about the volts gau it's correct.

I was referring to the engine boost gauge, used for setting power (the needle of which doesn't move). Not sure what it has to do with volts (Edit: unless you have confused it with a charge voltmeter/ammeter? If so<scratches head="">, it's the manifold pressure, IIRC, compared to atmospheric pressure).

I'm experiencing the same thing.

Don't know if it's significant or not but, in the pop up for the guage it says engine 2.

YES I m uploading a patch for the error on the oxygen and available....written avaiable...going to kill the texture man...i will update you in a few minutes

Nope. sorry. It's the engine Boost gauge on mine that isn't working (below the prop rpm on the right side panel). The needle just stays pegged on the left side of the gauge - as it is shown in both yours and jankees's VC shots on the first page of this thread, incidentally.

I'll raise a log via your site if you need me to? Unfortunately it is the primary power setting gauge on a British aircraft (replacing Manifold Pressure) so while it's not stopping me flying or greatly enjoying the model, it is a little important!!! ;)

Cheers,

Ian P.

don't worry it will be correct tomorrow or monday max just the time to solve the problem in the virtual cockpit...still didn't have the time to check into...i am correcting the oxigen error problem.

I have to admire Icarus for staying with the "Release" thread. It's rare to see a payware developer prepared to stand by his work to this extent.:applause:

I've toned down the Aileron and Rudder effectiveness but that's easy to do for oneself. I've adjusted the vc light to appear in the cockpit but I'd love to get the co-ordinates for the nav lights and the aft light.

So far it's just such a pleasure to fly for those of us like me who are desparate for some good vintage warbirds:ernae:

Impressive shots guys, this looks amazing. What grabs me from the shots I am seeing are the textures, very realistic and detailed.

Great job! :ernae:

ok i will made a new update also with nav light corrected oxygen titles and vc light

i have updated some issues you can login on your account at our store and check in view my order a note about a new downloadable patch.

thanks lionheart:ernae:

my cousin built many of those models on past....he was the aviator fan...now after twenty and more years things changed lol

The next day, and still enjoying my new toy.
To be honest, I was not that happy with the textures, the edges were too jagged, so I did some tinkering on one (K6130) , and started doing another for myself (K7914), I hope you don't mind, Icarus?
It's lovely to fly low and slow in this bird, enjoying the sights, shooting up the odd car here and there.
One thing: the engine rpm gauge is nearly always at over 30, is that normal?

no is not normal i didn't notice here. you can make as many skins you want and if you want share with others i think people will appreciate...if you want i can also made downloadable on our website. feel free also to post screeshots on our forum section.
