This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Lockheed L049 Constellation in the colors of C-121A 48-609 of MATS. It was delivered to the USAF in 1948 and flew in support of the Berlin Airlift. It was then used as a VIP transport until 1968, when is sold and converted to an agricultural sprayer. It was bought by John Travolta in 1984, who sold it to Vern Raburn in 1987. He restored it and flew it as the MATS Connie for a few years. In 2005 it was donated to Korean Air and flown to Korea, where it is still on display. Two engines were used to restore the Constellation currently in the Aviodrome in the Netherlands.
