This folder contains a repaint for the Aerosoft Twin Otter Extended, in the colors of VH-BMG (c/n 219). Formerly N5216, the aircraft was imported into Australia by the Bureau of Mineral Resources, Canberra, in March 1970. It was used for extensive survey expeditions all over Australia, usually equipped with a magnetometer boom on the tail. It was sold to the Missionary Aviation Fellowship in 1987 and went to Papua New Guinea as P2-MFY.
