Gregory Pierson's Version 4.0 first released in August 2006 represents a complete update of the AvHistory 1% Assembly Line Process (1%ALP). Compared to our previous efforts, 4.0 is an order of magnitude improvement and a closer step towards our goal of producing aircraft that perform within 1% of the real aircraft. No AvHistory 1% aircraft maybe provided for download from any site without express written consent of AvHistory. No skins for AvHistory aircraft, other then those based on stock MS CFS3 visuals, maybe offered for download with our written permission.

This aircraft is based on the outstanding Ki-43IIB visual created by Stephan Seybolt. The 1% files for this aircraft were built by Gregory SARGE Pierson using version 4.00.164 of the AvHistory 1% Assembly Line process.
Stephan's original readme which is included with this plane also lists Martin Wright, Finn Neuik, Milton Shupe, Gerard van der Harst, Ed Struzynski & Hisato Nakada as contributors to its development.
Stephan has painted the OSCAR in the livery of the 77th Sentai stationed in New Guinea in 1944
