This is a collection of repaints for the P-38 Lightnings made by Acwai for CFS 2. They depict the P-38J model used in the SWPTO.

The textures are:

3 "Helen" Aircraft of 35FS, 8FG, flying from Owi Island, Papua New Guinea during July 1944. Pilot Lt. Richard E. West

14 "Whilma II" Aircraft of 36FS, 8FG, flying from Owi Island, Papua New Guinea during August 1944. Pilot Lt. William "Ken" Giroux

U "Uncle Cy's Angel" Aircraft of 80FS, 8FG, flying from Pitoe Bay, Morotai during September 1944. Pilot Lt. Cyril "Cy" Homer

129 "Florida Thrush" Aircraft from the 339FS, 347FG, flying from Middleburg, Dutch New Guinea, November 1944. Pilot was Lt.Col. Robert E. Westbrook

I've also included a collection of DP files depicting a variety of different payloads that I've come across during my research.

To install, unzip the download to a temporary location & move/ copy files to the matching folder names inside your chosen CFS 2 install.
