Acwai P-38 SWPTO Skinpack 5 for CFS2 by UncleTgt
This is a collection of repaints for the P-38 Lightnings made by Acwai for CFS 2. They depict the P-38J & L models used by the 44th "Vampire" squadron the SWPTO.
The textures are:
400 A P-38J of 44FS, 18FG, flying from Kukum aerodrome, Guadacanal, Solomons during May 1944. Pilot was Maj. Peyton S. Mathis
419 "Windy City Wiz" A P-38J of 44FS, 18FG, flying from Mar aerodrome, Sansapor , Papua New Guinea during September 1944. Pilot was Lt. William H. Starke. The serial nr. is a guess.
413 "Hazel" A P-38L from 44FS, 18FG operating from San Jose field, Mindoro, Philippines during March 1945
422 "Pacific Prowler" A P-38L from 44FS, 18FG operating from Sanga-Sanga field, Tawi-Tawi, Philippines during June 1945. Pilot was Lt. Clint Ward
I've also included a collection of DP files depicting a variety of different payloads that I've come across during my research.
To install, unzip the download to a temporary location & move/ copy files to the matching folder names inside your chosen CFS 2 install.
