This is a repaint of Herbie G's B-17F Molly. Herbie G created the aircraft and the .mdl file.
The re-paint represents an early B17E from the 14th SQN, 19 Bomb Group, based at Clark Field, Luzon in mid 1941.
The Tail Stripes and "meatball" insignia were discontinued from May 1942, and the "US ARMY" lettering from December 1941, together with the Aircraft no and Tail Designator.
I would like to acknowledge the invaluable help that John Moore (Sarge Willy) gave me with this re-paint.
Disclaimer:
Nothing in this file will harm your system.
The frame rates may make it work a little harder but that's all.
