Bf-109 panels updates_with_fix 2024-05-04

This package has been modified by the librarian emeritus to include the following update from 2 July, 2021:

These are updated panel.cfg files for _486_Col_Wolf's 109 F and G panels. They now include German marked cowl flaps controls placed in a realistic location.

Thanks to Klein for his creation of the German cowl flaps.
