The Blohm & Voss BV 141 was designed for the role of a Light Bomber and Short Range Reconnaissance Aircraft. The asymmetrical layout allowed for excellent visibility forward and downward in a single engine aircraft. The offset thrust line also compensated for Engine Torque effects under most flight conditions. The BV 141B saw limited service and the total number produced was around 20. The BV 141B had far more performance than required for its intended role which was later filled by more conventional designs.
This is a rework of an old project that was first released in January 2003.
The Flight Model, Animation, Visual Model and Damage Profile have all been updated.
The Virtual Cockpit and Control Panel and some Gauges are new to this Release.
Let me know what you think of this Aeroplane!
