This small utility activates keys using a program called Autohotkey. It works in Windows 10 for the AppData pathway specified.

The tool allows you to change the skill level of your Wingmen, and your escort, in a campaign mission, before you take off and fly the mission.
(It may also work for a scripted mission but it will change all the skill level entries of skill="1" to skill="3", which will make things challenging for you!)
