CFS1 Hansa-Brandenburg G.1 twin bomber/trainer 1916
Twin-engine, triple-rudder Austro-Hungarian bomber/trainer biplane, built by Hansa und Brandenburgische Flugzeugwerke in 1916, powered by twin 160 hp Austro-Daimler engines mounted on peculiar fuselage-attached steel-tube outriggers. 39 units built. In service Dec 1916 to May 1917 - only one bombing mission. Refurbished as trainer in 1918 for crews of future Austro-Gotha G.IV Hieronymus aircraft. Canvas textures by Udo Entenmann. Custom sounds by Mike Hambly included, selected and configured by Christoph Ruhtenberg. Custom panel, AFX and PCX source files included, as well as SCASM-corrected virtual cockpit view.
