Alernate ETO scenery : new buildings and railroads (102) CFS3 Scenery

The ETO expansion scenery looks much more realistic , but I think the buildings could look better too. So I used my 128 x 128 squares to modify it. For instance I modified the low res version of the scenery but I can make an Hires if many peolpe are enthousiastic with it.
