Version 1.3 Update

The "cfs3ktcs13ud1.exe" program updates the Korean Theatre Construction Set (KTCS) to version 1.3. It fixes the vehicle and troop spawing issues, adds four playable campaigns, adds three new A/A guns and adds bridge facilities.

Ensure the you have the base KTCS V1.2 game installed and the V1.21 update installed before installing this update.

INSTALLATION
============

Double click the "cfs3ktcs13ud1.exe" program and follow the prompts. Remember to locate your copy of "DPC CFS3 Korea" when prompted if it's not in the default location.
