FM-1 Wildcat UK Skinpack 1 by UncleTgt

This is a collection of repaints for Captain Kurt's FM-1 Wildcat for CFS 2. I've included an expanded DP file, which changes the nation to UK & adds a couple more late war bombloads,& uses my British Bombs.

The textures represent aircraft of Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm squadrons, & are:

F - W JV427 - 842 sqn FAA, based on board HMS Fencer, 1st December 1943. Pilot Lt. RA Fleischmann-Allen shared in the shooting down of a Fw200C whilst escorting convoy OS60/KMS34, a convoy out from Liverpool & bound for Gibraltar.

"B" "Luce Lady" serial unknown - 846 sqn FAA, based onboard HMS Tracker, carrying out anti-submarine sweeps in the western part of the English Channel during Operation Overlord, June 1944.

8 - N JV429 - 881 sqn FAA, based aboard HMS Pursuer, April 1944. Flown by Lt Cdr. JW Sleigh during Operation Tungsten. This same a/c was used by Sub Lt Brander to shoot down a He177 during February 1944.

S - B JV368 - 882 sqn FAA, flying from HMS Searcher during Operation Dragoon, August 1944. Pilot Sub Lt. Fred Sherbourne.

To install, unzip the download to a temporary location & move/ copy files to the matching folder names inside your chosen CFS 2 install.

Thanks to: Captain Kurt for an excellent model of the GM FM-1 Wildcat.

This is freeware and subject to the usual conditions.
