This folder contains a repaint for the Consolidated B-24D by Flight Replicas, adapted for use in P3Dv5. It shows B-24D-20-CF 42-64026 Liberator B.III BZ949 of No 1586 (Polish) Special Duties Flight. The aircraft crashed while trying to land at Grottaglie, Italy on January 6th 1944, on return from a mission to Poland. The entire crew was killed when the aircraft hit a mountain near Villa Castella.
