This folder contains a repaint for the Consolidated B-24J by Flight Replicas, adapted for use in P3Dv5. It shows B-24H-FO 42-52650 2S-B "Cancer" of the 834th BS, 486th BG, May 1944. This was one of the 11 Zodiac themed aircraft of the 834th, all with nose art painted by Corporal Philip Brinkman. It later flew with the 458th and 492nd BG before transferring to the 406th BG at Cheddington for dropping leaflets at night over occupied Europe. It was painted gloss black and registered J6-E, but crashed on takeoff on January 3rd, 1945.
