This is a CFS3 mod package that was originally posted on the Netwings site. They were intended for stock CFS3 and/or CFS3 with Firepower ONLY.
Nothing has been modified in any way and it is still in it's original *.zip file. Here is the README for full acknowledgement:

I wanted to change the terrible stock flags for the German nationality for CFS3...so I made a few changes.Over write the Bitmap image in your stock ger folder in your stock uries folder and welcome to my Political correct realism for that time period, even though it's not endorsed by me.
