These are Repaints for the CeraSim Bell 412EP Payware model for FSX. You must have installed the original Package to use this repaint. This Package contains 3 different Paintings. I-METG, I-RMET both ajar to real existing italian EMS-Helicopter (now replaced by AW-139 Helicopter) and C-GCHX, ajar to the Bell 212 from the Canadian Coast Guard.
