The Curtiss H-16 Large America Flying Boat was operated by the RNAS on long-range anti-submarine and anti-Zeppelin patrols over the North Sea from April 1917 to October 1918. The US Navy H-16s arrived in time to see limited service before the end of the war.

Model built with Abacus Aircraft Factory 99 and animated with Abacus Aircraft Animator by Stephan Scholz.

Model re-worked with Gmax by Martin Klein to incorporate a detailed virtual cockpit and Liberty engines, as well as the addition of animated crew members, beam guns and hatches.
