This is a rather rude repaint of Thicko's great Do-17Z in that it depicts a plane from 1 Staffel, 1 Gruppe, KG 76 based at Beauvais-Tille in Northern France during the Battle of Britain. It was a little risque for the time in that its nose artwork depicted a pistol packing devil "passing" a bomb. It carried the pink bands in use (it is believed) as a recognition and formation keeping marking. It is based on the colour drawings in a copy I have of the Profile publications edition on the Do-17Z.
The skin will fit either the Z or Z2 model but the former is the more appropriate.
