The USN Seventh Fleet bombing campaign began against battle-front enemy supply facilities. This ongoing campaign lasted one-third of the war. Supplies from the sea, and those traveling south overland, needed to be stopped. But success was only temporary at best. There were far too many routes available to the enemy to stop any of these supply runs permanently. But Island Bases in the East Korean Sea near Wonsan were hot-beds of enemy supply acitvity. It is 25 October 1952. RAAF Brits and USN Yanks are attacking depots disguised as fishing villages on Hwangt'o Island. We launch from the Carriers at Sunrise.
