The Royal Navy had several roles to play in the Korean Conflict. Their major involvement was the protection of the US Fleet flying CAPs, patrolling enemy shore defences plus doing enemy supply routes attacks, and anti-submarine searches. Two primary piston planes used were the Seafire, Fairey Firefly; and the jet powered Gloster Meteor. Their missions were simple but difficult to execute. Just remember, Chaps, to cover your wingmen in case MiG's show up to crash the party. Who said the Ruskies were neutral?
