There are five sets of HMS_Bounty AI traffic for FSX. They are:

1) NK30 (Sealanes-Jamaica Bay) water runway on Rockaway, Long Island around NYC harbor
2) Down the Portland Canal
3) Two Harbors to Avalon at Catalina Island, CA
4) W39 (Roche Harbor Seaplane Base) to W33
5) 8K9 to Ketchikan

The enclosed readme explains the Installation, Routes and How to Use. There are pictures of each route. The route .kml files are included for reference.

It is suggested that you select the HMS Bounty, in any configuration, so you can follow the AI ship. The AI ship does not need any wind but you will need to set the wind if you want to follow the AI ship with the Bounty. You can follow the ship in a helicopter, slow speed aircraft, or any other pilotable ship. The only effect that wind has on the Bounty AI is that the flag will wave with the wind.

If you have FSX Google Earth Tracker you can also track your ship route in Google Earth.
