Fokker DVI, Jasta 11.zip 2024-04-29

No permission to download
asta11Fokker_DVIs.zip; Here it is! New and improved Fokker DVIs for Jasta 11. It was very hard to get any information about this unique aircraft. It was known to be the predecessor of the Fokker DVII which was known to be the greatest fighter of WW1. Many pilots didn't like the Fokker DVI due to the lack of speed, power and climb rate. Fokker developed the Fokker DVI based on the Fokker Dr1 minus the top wing. While the aircraft was in development, the Fokker DVII was in development approximately at the same time. So it was decided by Anthony Fokker to mix the two designs of the Fokker Dr1 and the Fokker DVII. Many Units at the time decided it would be best to make the Fokker DVI in to a "Home Defense" trainer and fighter. It was known that only approximately 60 Fokker DVIs were produced in WW1 due to the lack of interest and flight performance. This package includes the Baroness_DVI, Fokker DVI and the Lothar_DVI. You will all need our planes if any allied squad ever wishes to challenge us in a duel. After getting Mark Steckel permission to make his Fokker DVI more realistic, I made the Air file from scratch to make the Fokker DVI fly as realistically to specs as possible for the CFS2 format; these planes are not Mods. I decided to give the plane The Luftwaffe Oberst touch by giving these planes the real Oberursel Rotary 110hp sounds that I made for the Fokker Dr-1. I included the Castor Oil Effects and Independent Firing Spandaus. (Left gun is fired with your machine gun button and your cannon button fires the right gun.) Just like the real thing! The Baroness, Lothar and Fokker DVI sounds run off the Manfred_Dr1 to save everyone space on their Hard Drive. So you must download our Fokker Dr1s to be able to have the real sound. I thank Mark Steckel for the use of his fantastic work. Just unzip the Jasta11Fokker DVIs file on your desktop and then unzip the Baroness_DVI, Lothar_DVI and the Fokker DVI and place the unzipped files in you Microsoft Games - Combat Flight Simulator 2 – Aircraft folder. And place the FX_EXHAUST_SMOKE file and place it in your Microsoft Games - Combat Flight Simulator 2 – Effects folder…and that’s it! Finally unzip the Gauges folder and place the gauge files in to your Microsoft Games - Combat Flight Simulator 2 – Gauges Folder, now you're done. Enjoy! Any questions or history lessons about our planes. You must have my permission to use any of my sounds for any other game, or if you use my sounds in any other new aircraft being made for CFS1,CFS2 and CFS3. You must have Mark Steckel approval and Jasta11’s permission to make any changes to the Fokker DVI. This aircraft will remain Freeware and not to be sold without our permission. Please don’t abuse the privilege of Freeware!
