P-80B-5-LO, c/n 1967, 45-8750 "Dottie Mae" Operation Downfall, Japan 1946. What if paint based on the premise of the invasion of Japan becoming a reality.
The real Dottie Mae is a P-47 Thunderbolt that crashed into a lake in Austria on one of the very last days of the war in Europe while putting on a demonstration for recently released POWs. She was raised around 2005 and restored to flying condition.
