• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

1960-70 RNAS Yeovilton V4 April 2020

This is a remodeling of the retro Yeovilton scenery Hooky and i made for FS9 a few years back, Ive a bit of time on my hands so im tidying up some favorite's of mine

Ive used Ted's and Ian's FSX buildings and ran my own custom objects through MDLconX, so the frames are better than some of my past scenery's, there is also a dedicated traffic plan for John Young's Sea Vixen's, although, if anyone wants to do a better one, feel free.

You probably have the objects already installed, but i not, you'll find a complete set here---

http://www.ianpsdarkcorner.co.uk/node/125, or alternatively, you can find Teds FSX objects at Flightsim.

I've also used some objects from "raf_gse_1980's_FSX" found in the SOH library

You'll need "jyai_sea_vixens_fsx_1.zip" by John Young installed, from Flightsim

Optional, nmai_f-4k_rn_traffic.zip from Avsim, by Mike Pearson, for FS9 but works fine in FSX

The Swordfish is by Alphasim and can be removed by moving the RNHF.bgl

Only tested in FSX Acc SP1, for any other version's, you'll just have to try it out and see :)
