This is a Standalone of the stock FW190a-8 skinned as a FW190 of 1./JG 1. Pilot - Unteroffizier Berhard Kunze. Under the cockpit - red heart with the name of pilot wife - 'Friedel'. This pilot shot down 9 enemy aircraft (in general B-17). On 5 January 1944 he crashed near the Bergisch Gladbach (near Cologne) after taking battle damage .According to memories of colleague of Kunze the tessellation on the cowling was maybe Black/White.
