This repaint started as a quick and dirty skin for Akemi's FW190A-8, which is used as AI in Ian Elliot's FS9 version of Herdla airfield in Norway.
It depicts the aircraft blue 8 named Erika as it flew from Herdla spring 1945. The aircraft was flown by Uffz Wolfgang Dietrich. Both pilot and aircraft survived the war however the aircraft was destroyed in August 1945.
As Akemi's FW190a-8 was released for CFS2, I did the same with this repaint. But as said it will work as well when you fly this model in FS9 and will work for the above mentioned AI. The texture will even fit the by Team Daedalus upgraded FW190A-8 model.
As I always liked Akemi's work, and in particular his German fighters, this repaint was real fun to do. And I hope you will enjoy as much when flying it as I did making it.
