Gius mods to CFS2 BV 238 2024-05-17

Hi to all,

Here is my mod to the CFS2 BV-238C made by Erwin Welker, with Peperez conversion.

It consists in new textures, made by brand new templates and a new panel bitmap, based on the original one.

I've also replaced the prop disc with a beautiful Kelticheart one. All are improvements on the original files.

Install: Install the Blohm und Voss 238 and, in its directory, replace the original files with mines.
