This folder contains a repaint for the freeware F7F Tigercat for FSX by Milton Shupe and team. It shows N6178C, F7F-3P Tigercat c/n 225, built in 1944. Delivered to the marines, it never saw action during WW2. After it was phased out of military service, it found a new career as a firebombing aircraft with Sis Q Air Service and Macavia as tanker E43 until 1986. It then went to the Weeks Air Museum, before a stint in the UK between a988 and 1993. It returned to the US and is currently flying with the Historic |Flight Foundation of Seattle.
