Overview History Discussion
The RM Giuseppe Miraglia sea plane tender of the Royal Italian Navy. Launched in 1923, she could cary 11 ready seaplanes and 6 in reserve. Two catapults were fitted to launch planes on missions. In 1942, the ship tested a naval version of the Reggiane 2000 fighter and launched it in much the same way British CAM ships launched their Sea Hurricanes. Author of the ship is Corrado La Posta of IS4G.
