Usio's Light Cruiser HMAS Sydney in 1941 guise. Sydney, a modified Leander class Cruiser, launched 1934, lost with all hands in a mutually destructive combat with the German Commerce Raider/Auxillary Cruiser, Kormoran, off the coast of Western Australia on 19 November 1941.
