• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

This package was modified by the SOH librarian on 27 August, 2018 to include the following update: This is a very small update to correct for a couple of mental errors on my part. Enclosed you'll find the following: bgl and associated texture for C-47. . .two textures for the railing that everyone sees as black. I think everyone should know where these files go, but just in case. . .the "bgl" goes in the scenery folder and the textures go in the texture folder.

Corsicana Field was a contract Pilot Training Facility for USAAF Pilots from 1940 to 1944. Without any reference photos to go by I simply retro-modified the current Corsicana Airport location, removing the hardened runway and taxiways and current buildings and populating the area with hangars and other buildings of a WWII nature. In addition, I added a fuel trigger where the fuel truck is parked on the ramp for your convenience.

Do yourself a favor and read the readme file enclosed. I rarely do, but in this case it might come in handy as there are a few files that will need your attention in order to make the most of the experience. There is also information included concerning the general use of the airport.
