Here is the paint kit for the LDR C-119 Boxcar and Tanker in Photoshop format but it should be accessible with PSP and GIMP too.
I have also included the base bare metal scheme for the short nosed model, you will need to adapt it to fit the long nosed or the tanker models if required as I only have the one version available.
