Leck Air Base was the home of the AKG52 RF-4E Phantoms till the type was withdrawn in 1994. I used ADEX and Google maps to create this completely new AFCAD / landclass. To dress up the place a little, I added links to object libraries from MAIW and Ian Elliot's Wittmund AB. (see included readme about where to get these packages). I also included a simple AI traffic plan for the GAF RF-4E AI pack by Nick Black/Michael Pearson.
