Lockheed Orion 16/9 2D panel for the P-3C built by the KBT Team with fix 2018-01-04

Fully reworked with a mix of instruments and bits of bitmaps from everywhere.

A full aircraft available for FSX/P3D and a simple 2D for FS2004 - See Readme.

Note: Before approval, the following panel.cfg fix was applied to simplify installation on 5 January, 2018:

In the panel.cfg [Window03], please replace the line: gauge00=P3_FP!Radios, 0,0,165,495

By: gauge00=P3_Rad_FPv2!Radios_2, 0,0,165,495

In the panel.FPv2 folder add the folder P3_Rad_FPv2 as it is. (You will still need to do this)
