This is a repaint of the excellent Milviz F-4J representing an RAF F.3 from No. 74 Squadron based at Wattisham in Suffolk. ZE361 (P) (Bu. No. 155734) was one of 15 F-4J's refurbished in the US for RAF use to replace Phantoms sent to the Falklands for air defence in 1983. They equipped 74 Sqdn. from 1985 to 1990 when they were replaced by FGR.2's withdrawn from other units. 361 subsequently spent time as an instructional airframe at RAF Honington before being scrapped in 2000.
Two versions of this repaint are supplied; as originally delivered in two-tone grey overall, and with the black-painted fin more usually associated with 74 Sqdn. Phantoms.
