General mods to improve the b55
1. Restores window tint and reflection when using FSX in DX10 mode.
2. Light map edited so only panel lights up when the panel flood light is turned on.
3. Added details to texture. (ex: whiskey compass)
4. VC panel.cfg for RXP GNS530 + ASNext WX gague.
