This is a repaint for the freeware Warwick "Wozza" Carter AT-6G Texan. This repaint depicts the restored AT-6C/AT-6G 42-48884, N884TA, registered to Lewis Air Legends. This aircraft was assigned to Tuskegee Army Air Field, Tuskegee, Alabama, throughout its service-life as an advanced trainer during WWII. It is one of only two surviving AT-6 Texans known to have this connection to the Tuskegee Airmen, and is the only one flying. The aircraft has been nicknamed "Double Vee", a term which describes the Tuskegee Airmen's double victory over the Axis powers in Europe and over discrimination back home.
